QUESTION: What is a RonVoy?

ANSWER: A RonVoy is basically a "van - pool" or "charter bus - pool". Our team has secured the lowest possible rental rates by brokering a deal for vehicles across the country. When you buy your ticket on the RonVoy you are paying your share of the price of the rental and fuel (tolls are not included in the price).

QUESTION: How do I use this RonVoy site to book my ticket?

ANSWER: Go back to the homepage (with the big red map and star).

Then click on a dot that is near to where you live.

Once you click, you will be taken to the webpage that lists the RonVoy line that is passing through the city you clicked on. Example: if you click on Billings MT you will be brought to the Seattle RonVoy Route page because the bus coming through Billings orginated in Seattle.

Everyone on your busline pays the same fee no matter where you hop on.

You can book a travel only RonVoy ticket or a package deal with campground lodging.

Also you can see the exact path of your RonVoy route on a map by clicking on the blue route name.

QUESTION: There's a route that goes through my city, but my city isn't listed as a stop. Can the Ronvoy stop to pick me up?

ANSWER: YES! IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON. So please get a friend to join forces with you! We are able to pick you up on or near an off ramp of the highway that we are already traveling on. Make sure you contact Customer Service after you have purchased your ticket to confirm your pickup spot.

QUESTION: I'll be taking just the Ronvoy and will have my own lodging. How will I get to my hotel & to the rally events?

ANSWER: The Public Transportation in Minneapolis is outstanding and affordable.

Of course, you can always take a Taxi.

People that are car-pooling to the Rally might be able to share a ride with you too. Check here.

QUESTION: If there's an emergency and I need to get somewhere will the Ronvoy take me?

ANSWER: The RonVoy will not be expected to act as emergency transportation. Naturally, if it is truly an emergency people will help however they can.

QUESTION: What do we do for meals / drinks on the Ronvoy?

ANSWER: You are to bring your own delicious beverages and snacks. Most likely other people on the RonVoy will be getting hungry when you are. In that case the passengers will all decide its time to get something to eat and pull over.

QUESTION: My Ronvoy route says we'll stop along the way and stay overnight. Is it included in the price?

ANSWER: No. Our RonVoy coordinators are currently securing the least expensive lodging available on your route.

QUESTION: Do I need to bring my own linens in order to stay at the campground?

ANSWER: Yes - or just bring a sleeping bag to put on the provided cot. The campground does have linens that they can provide for a fee.
